The [[Journal]] is a log over the recent messages you have received in the game, such as chat, emotes as well as [[player]]s and [[NPC]]s that you've seen.

*Each [[player]] can customise their chat and emote color, the default color is yellow, which is easier to read on the game screen than in the journal itself.
*The journal only holds a limited amount of information, and it will go by fast when traveling (it lists every [[NPC]] and [[player]] you come across).
*The color of the text that announces who you run across indicates the hostility, so monsters will be red and noticeable in the journal.
