A macro check is an automated system that brings up a gump, the gump asks you to input a randomly generated number into a box. You must answer this correctly to successfully pass the macro check. You have a total of 5 chances to answer correctly within a time frame of 5 minutes.
Another way you may receive a macro check is if a staff member appears before you, he may then ask you to respond to a question.
