Below, are a list of terms and phrases, notable locations and holy sites that can be observed within the Imperium.

Common Terms

  • Her, She, Goddess, Mother, Queen and Esuna - All reference the patron diety of Imperial. Depending on the individual, some may use pronouns (Her, She etc.) or speak her name, Esuna - all usage should be in the positive.
  • One True Faith - Used to reference the Order of Imperial.
  • The People - Persons living within the borders of Imperial territory.
  • Other(s) - Commonly used when referring too the other religions: Law, Tekstone and Nature.
  • Whitecoats, White walkers and Men in White - Refers to members of the Order of Law.
  • Browncoats, Treehuggers and Forest People - Refers to members of the Order of Nature.
  • Blackcoats, Devil Worshippers and Defilers - Refers to members of the Cult of Tekstone.
  • Kingdom of Imperial - Commonly used by individuals that view the Imperium as a Kingdom.
  • Empire of Imperial - Commonly used by individuals that view the Imperium as an Empire.
  • Brother or Sister - Titles used in conversation when addressing members of the Order.

  • "We are the one True Faith"
  • "Time is on our side"
  • "For the glory and honor of Imperial"
  • "May Esuna's' light shine brightly upon thee"
  • "For Her power"
  • "In Esuna's name"
  • "Blessed be Her name"
  • "By Esuna's will"
  • "By Esuna's grace"
