These items are found from monsters, they advance your skill by 0.1%.

• Legendary handbook of (random skill) - can provide 0.1% gain in the respective skill up to 105%
• Master handbook of (random skill) - can provide 0.1% gain in the respective skill up to 100%
• Expert handbook of (random skill) - can provide 0.1% gain in respective skill up to 85%
• Apprentice handbook of (random skill) - can provide 0.1% gain in respective skill up to 65%

Other Information about skill books.

• Skills books can be found from over 100 different monsters.
• Easy-medium monsters generally drop books with low level (65% / 85%)
• Hard-very hard monsters are left with the best books (100% / 105%)
• Nothing short of Legendary books will increase heightened skills, a Master handbook is not enough for a skill even if it normally caps out at 85 for your class.
